Shipping Policy
These shipping terms describe how ColourPop Cosmetics moves a paid order from processing to delivery. We are committed to handling and shipping it as quickly as possible.
Schedule at a glance
- Processing after confirmed payment: 0–1 business day.
- Estimated transit after shipment: 3–5 business days.
- Usual total estimate for both stages: 3–6 business days.
- Processing and shipping calendar: Monday through Friday.
- Weekend dispatch: no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.
Weekends and public holidays are outside the processing calendar. Therefore, an order placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday starts on the next business day.
Checkout disclosures
Before completion of a purchase, checkout clearly states any shipping rate that applies. It will also show a free-shipping option if one is available.
Service area and destination accuracy
We presently ship only inside the United States. Checkout lists the available destinations. Customers should verify that the submitted shipping address is complete and accurate. ColourPop Cosmetics is not responsible when a customer-provided incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address causes delay or delivery failure.
Shipment notice
Once the order ships, a confirmation email is sent with tracking information when available. After the carrier receives the parcel, allow up to 24 hours for its tracking record to update.
Events affecting the estimate
Most orders arrive in the stated time, but carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay delivery. Contact us after the estimated timeframe has passed, and we will help check the order's status.
Requesting an address correction
Examine the destination before ordering. Contact us immediately if the address is incorrect or incomplete. We will use our best efforts to revise it before shipment; however, after an order is processed or dispatched, the change is not guaranteed.
A delivered scan with no package
If tracking is marked delivered but the parcel was not received, inspect the delivery area and contact the carrier first. Should help still be necessary, our customer-support team will assist with reviewing the issue.
